Class Schedule and descriptions posted below.
For novice tumblers ages 6 and up. Strength, body shapes, technique are the focus. Athletes will go through the steps of learning the basic positions and shapes for tumbling. Drills and conditioning will be used to develop appropriate muscle memory and technique to perform tumbling skills. Basic tumbling is taught to mastery.
Fridays 5:30-6:30pm
The next step after beginning tumbling for ages 6 and up. Positions and shapes continue to be reinforced. Drills and conditioning are implemented to ensure correct muscle development and technique to perform level 1 and 2 tumbling skills.Must have Level 1 tumbling (back walkovers, front walkovers, etc.). Level 2 skills (back handspring, front handspring, etc) are being taught.
Fridays 6:30-7:30pm
Ages 6 and up. Positions and shapes continue to be reinforced. Drills and conditioning are implemented to ensure correct muscle development and technique to perform level 2 and 3 tumbling skills. Must have Level 2 tumbling (back handsprings, front handspring, etc.) Level 3/ 4 skills (back tuck, front tuck,aerials,layouts) are being taught.
Fridays 4:30-5:30pm
For our youngest tumblers ages 3-5. Strength, body shapes, and technique are the focus. Athletes will go through the steps of learning the basic positions and shapes for tumbling. Drills and conditioning will be used to develop appropriate muscle memory and technique to perform tumbling skills. Basic tumbling is taught to mastery.
Saturdays 10:00-11:00am

1 Athlete- $50+tax/hr
2 Athletes- $70+tax/hr
3 Athletes- $90+tax/hr
4 Athletes- $100+tax/hr
30 min classes: Members: $20/month Non-Members $30/month
60 min. classes: Members: $40/month Non-Members $60/month
Open Gym: $10/class
